Designed especially with the mature woman in mind, the workout concentrates on improving posture, boosting flexibility and maintaining muscle mass and bone health. Great workout for getting rid of thos nagging aches and pains. And as a bonus, the heart gets stronger and healthier.

A workout that involves a variety of training methods that pump up your metabolism-a fun workout to the beat of your favourite music. And dance your heart out with Bollywood dancersises! Added advantage: get into shape and burn off inches.
