The Passport to Health® program is a unique health care program which allows a woman to not only assess her present state of health but also assists in maintaining and enhancing her well-being.

It starts with a Wellness Questionnaire ®. This allows you to realize the areas of health that you need to concentrate on and enables you to set into action the best health programs required to maintain and heighten your feeling of wellbeing.

 

It is followed by an examination by a gynaecologist. The highly qualified team of gynaecologists at E V Kalyani Medical Centre will examine you and perform a complete health check up, including a Pap smear and a breast examination.

 

What are the tests you require?

It is not true that the more tests you do, the better the chances of being able to pick up any health abnormality you have. It is important to do the appropriate tests so that you can get the maximum benefit of a health checkup. The Passport to Health Program takes you through an essential panel of tests.

 

The Passport to Health program then gives you a unique Health Horoscope® that charts the health problems that you may be susceptible to. It may help predict and avoid the pitfalls you may face in your state of wellbeing.  Though it is not possible to forecast the exact problems you can face in the future, your personalized Health Horoscope® will help you realize the state of your present health and therefore help you modify your lifestyle to avoid future risks. We will facilitate and assist you in setting realistic health goals and provide programs to achieve them.

 

You will receive a free fitness session. If you like it, you can choose to join the fitness classes.  In conjunction with our highly qualified fitness instructor we have put together the perfect fitness program for you. We have combined cardiovascular training, toning with weights and stretches for fitness, suppleness and flexibility. This invigorating program helps you keep fit at your own pace. The classes are offered once a week and after a set of four classes, you would have picked up the right fitness regimen that you can follow in the comfort of your own home.
